What Find Magic is
Find Magic is a search tool. It gathers the confirmed Disney Vacation Club reservations that rental brokers list publicly on their own websites, so you can compare them in one place, save searches and get alerts. It also offers an AI tool that estimates the cost of a trip and a guide to DVC resorts.
Find Magic doesn't own, rent, sell or book any reservation. When you choose a listing, you book it with the broker on the broker's website. Prices, payments, deposits, cancellations, refunds, travel insurance and any disputes are between you and that broker, under its terms. See how Find Magic works.
Listings can be out of date
We copy listings from the brokers' sites about every 30 minutes, so a reservation may have sold or changed since we last checked, and occasionally our copy may be incomplete or wrong. Always confirm the details, price and availability with the broker before you pay. Price-drop and new-listing alerts are sent on a best-effort basis and may be delayed or missed.
AI trip plans are estimates
Vacation plans are generated automatically from the details you enter and the data we have. Their prices, suggestions and availability are estimates, not quotes or offers. Check them with the relevant sellers before relying on them.
Your account
- Give accurate information, including an email address you can receive mail at.
- Keep your password to yourself. You're responsible for what happens in your account.
- You can delete your account at any time from your account page.
Using the site fairly
Please don't:
- break the law or anyone else's rights while using Find Magic;
- try to get into accounts or parts of the site you aren't allowed into, or interfere with its security;
- send so many automated requests that the site slows down for others;
- use the alerts or emails to harass anyone, for example by signing someone else up.
We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
Other websites
Listings link to brokers' websites, and some pages show content from other services, such as maps. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for them or for anything you buy from them.
Disney
Find Magic is an independent site. It isn't affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Disney. Disney Vacation Club, DVC and the names of Disney resorts are trademarks of Disney.
Our content
The Find Magic site, its design and its own text belong to Find Magic. Listing details belong to the brokers that publish them. You're welcome to share links to Find Magic pages.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep Find Magic accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We don't guarantee that listings are accurate, complete or current, that any reservation is still available, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limits on liability
To the extent the law allows, Find Magic won't be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for losses arising from your dealings with brokers or other third parties, including bookings, payments and cancellations. Our total liability for anything relating to the site is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Find Magic is currently free, so for most users that amount is zero.
Changes
We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and if the changes are significant we'll tell account holders by email. Continuing to use Find Magic after an update means you accept the new terms.
